When will my Will be available for signing at
your office? |
|
| |
|
|
 |
Upon confirmation and engagement, your Will
should be ready within 3 to 7 working days, and a prior appointment is to be
arranged by you (via telephone at 6338 1810 or email) to attend at our office to
discuss and/or execute your Will (with such further amendments). If
you need a Will urgently, please inform us accordingly and we will try to
accommodate your request, but additional charges may be levied. |

Mental / Testamentary Capacity |
|

|
|
 |
For validity, the Testator
(person making the Will) must have the necessary testamentary capacity, i.e. he
is of sound mind. For senior citizens or person with ill health, we may require
Doctor's certificate that the Testator is of sound mind. |

After Submission, what are the Procedures |
|
| |
|
|
 |
After you have submitted the Wills Online Form,
you will receive via emails an Automated Response on the Procedure and
your Submission for you to review. |
|
 |
For Appointment, you can contact our office
(during office hours - lunch 1 to 2 pm) at 6338 1810 to arrange
for an appointment, usually within 3 to 5 working days (subject to
availability of our Solicitor). |

Documents Required when attending our Office |

your original identification document, such as
your Identity Card or Passport. |

if available (optional), copies of identification
documents [identity cards, passports, driving licences, etc] of your executor(s), guardian(s),
and/or beneficiar(ies) |

particulars of your executor(s), guardian(s), and/or beneficiar(ies), such
as his/her/their full name(s), NRIC Nos., Passport Nos., and current address. |

if applicable, copies of your properties' title
deeds, bank accounts' particulars, and other relevant items that you
wish to show our solicitors. |

Who should be present |
|

Only YOU should be present when meeting our Lawyer.
As your Will is highly confidential, you are
advised to meet our solicitor alone, and any companion with you should wait at
the waiting area at our office (unless you specifically wish that he or she be
present with you). Our Lawyer may at his/her discretion request any companion
to wait at the waiting area while taking your instructions. |
