Notes & Terms for
Will Online Submission |
| |
What is Will Online
Service at LAW.com.sg? |
 |
LAW.com.sg
has provided this pioneering Online Legal Service since 2001, and
since then, we have further innovated our Wills online services to
enhance their usability and convenience for our users. Many users
have used our online Will service. |
|
|
|
 |
With
our Wills & Trust Online, there may be no necessity for
clients (existing or new) to attend at our office for an initial
instruction. When the draft Will has been prepared, you need to
attend at our office once (for most cases) for our Lawyer to explain
the Will and sign the Will in the presence of 2 witnesses at our
office. For more about Wills, please visit our
Wills FAQs. |
| |
|
 |
It
must be borne in mind that there is no such thing as a
"standard" Will, and our use of the term
"simple will" is of course subject to
qualifications. The
Will Online Form is only a
"skeletal" form so that relevant and pertinent information,
particulars and instructions may be extracted without you having to make a
trip to our office. |
| |
|
 |
This
Online Submission service is for Simple and Moderate Wills only.
For more complex or complicated Wills involving multiple
gifts, beneficiaries, trusts and others, please email us at
. For such cases, your initial attendance at our office to
discuss your Will with our solicitor is usually required. |
|

| |
|

When will my Will be
available for signing at your office? |

working days (depending on your urgency), and a prior appointment is to be arranged
by you (via telephone at 6338 1810 or email) to attend at
our office to discuss and/or execute your Will (with such further
amendments). If you need
a Will urgently, please inform us accordingly and we will
try to accommodate your request. |
