This Online Submission service is for Simple and Moderate Wills only. For more complex or complicated Wills involving multiple Gifts, Beneficiaries, Trusts and others, please email us. For such cases, your initial attendance at our office to discuss your Will with our solicitor is usually required.

We are all busy people.
 
With our Wills and Trusts Online, there may be no necessity for clients (existing or new) to attend at our office for an initial instruction. 
 
When the draft Will has been prepared, you need to attend at our office once (for most cases) for our Lawyer to explain your draft Will and if there are no further amendments, you can immediately sign the Will in the presence of 2 witnesses at our office.
