All Deed Polls prepared by us and witnessed by our Lawyers are duly archived, and we have began to store them electronically in pdf format.

We have assisted many thousands of Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents and even foreigners in preparing their Deed Polls.

If you have lost your Deed Poll prepared and witnessed by one of our firm's Lawyers, and require a Certified True Copy of your Deed Poll by our Laywer, we may be able to assist you in tracing our office copy and certifying a copy of which for you subject to our charges and available.

Notwithstanding our effort in archiving copies of our clients' Deed Polls, we do not warrant that they will be duly available, and the archived retrieval service is offered strictly at our sole discretion and subject to a copy of your Deed Poll being available. It is your personal responsibility to keep safely the original Deed Poll, and we do not keep any original.
