	Request for a Quote for Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration (for Non-Contentious and Simple Estate)

	This Quote is applicable to you if:-

	you are applying of a Grant of Letters of Administration (without Will) / Grant of Probate (with Will) for non-Muslim estate
	the Gross aggregate value of the movable and immovable assets (eg. cash, flats, landed properties, hdb flat, shares, car, Insurance, etc) does not exceed S$3 million
	there are no more than 5 insurance policies and/or no substantial issues requiring substantial enquiries to the Insurer(s) and/or disputes as to the insurance proceeds
	there are no disputes between the beneficiaries / trustees / third parties relating to the estate or any of the assets
	there are no attendance of our solicitor at Banks relating to Safe Deposit Boxes (subject to additional charges)
	there are no transfer of vehicles prior to the issuance of the Grant (subject to additional charges)
	deceased’s domicile was at Singapore at the time of his /her death (his or her permanent home) (Domicile)
	the death occurred on and after 15 Feb 2008
	it is a non-contentious (no dispute) probate
