Note: Various Banks and Finance Companies in Singapore may jointly engaged our firm to act for them in the Mortgageⁱ, and you may wish to verify with your Banker (Joint Representation). We do not however warrant that a particular financial institution will engage us in joint representation. CPF Board may appoint their own solicitors to act for them in the CPF Board's Charge. As far as possible, we may provide estimate or approximate of such costs if there are separate representations.

Note: If you are buying a Property still under construction and not completed, and where the Purchase Price is payable by way of progress payments, then you are buying a "Property Under Development". For such property, please note that the Developer may be Licensed or Unlicensed Developer.

Note: This means whether the Certificate of Title (CT) for landed or Subsidiary Strata Certificate of Title (SSCT) or Subsidiary Certificate of Title (SCT) (as the case may be) for the Property has been issued
