(1) Execution Overseas by You will be done in the presence of a Notary Public or Singapore Consulate Officer in the Country of your stay. For a list of Singapore Consulate Offices, please click this LINK.

(2) Out of pocket expense will be charged according to the mode of delivery through third party service providers, such as Singapore Post, FedEx, etc - we do not warrant nor guarantee the delivery or the time of delivery. It is possible that your representative collect the PA from our office and send it to your overseas destination.

(3) Co-Donors signing in Singapore and Elsewhere. For instance, if say 1 Donor is in Singapore and the other Donor is abroad, the Donor in Singapore may sign the PA in our office whilst the other Donor signs it overseas. If your situation is similar to this, please state it in the Message Section.

    We reserve to the right to change or cancel an appointment date and/or time due to sudden unavailability of solicitor, and we will endeavour to notify you of the same as early as possible. Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
    For Applicant who is late, a Grace Period of up to 15 minutes will be given, thereafter, the appointment may be cancelled.
