	If you are not a Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR, please do not use this service unless your National Immigration Authority accept a Singapore executed Deed Poll.
	For Singapore PR, you will only be able to change your name in your Singapore Blue NRIC but not your name in your Foreign Passport. You are strongly advised to check with your National Immigration Authority on issues relating to your Foreign Passport and validity of a Singapore executed Deed Poll. ICA may require you to change your name in your Foreign Passport before you can change the name in your Singapore NRIC.
	For Non-Singapore PR (Foreigner) who wishes to use our Deed Poll services due to your Country's authority's requirements (eg. Australia, UK, USA), please note that we will assist to prepare the Deed Poll, but there is no warranty on our part that the Deed Poll will be suitable for whatever purpose(s) that you have intended for.
	You should also enquire with ICA at www.ica.gov.sg on whether your proposed name change will affect your Entry or Re-Entry Permit.
