How do I obtain a Power of Attorney?
You have to engage a Lawyer (an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore) to prepare the Power of Attorneyi using HDB's prescribed formats. You should always check and ensure that all particulars of the subject HDB flat, yourself ("the Donor"), and your Attorney are correctly and accurately stated in the PA.
