  Our Singapore Family Law Centre provide legal services relating to Adoption of Child, Non-Contentious Divorce proceedings, Annulment (Nullity),  and Non-Contentious Deed of Separation. Contentious cases are accepted by us on a case to case basis.  
     
  Although we fully understand that some non-clients are extremely anxious or emotional, we are unable to provide any legal advice over telephone calls or emails. Please use our LegalClinic service if you require an initial consultation.  
     
  Adoption  
     
  If you are adopting a child, and wishes to obtain a quote on our charges, please use our Quote service for a prompt quote. We have assisted in many successful Adoption applications, and if you have any initial queries or require consultation, please use our LegalClinic service.  
     
  Divorce and Nullity Proceedings  
     
  Parties intending to go through  Divorce or Nullity Proceedings frequently are emotionally charged. Usually, a party is unsure of his or her rights, or the procedural aspects of commencing a Divorce proceedings.  
     
  Loh Eben Ong provides legal consultations (without any obligation of engagement) through our LegalClinic Service on various issues relating to Divorce or Divorce proceedings.

  Since 28 March 2005, we have provided Online Legal Submission for Divorce (Non-Contentious) through our various Online Forms. The purpose of this Online Service is to provide convenience to our Divorce clients or potential clients. Relevant particulars and facts can be instructed to us via this Online Form at any time to your convenience.  
     
  This Online Service is not to be construed as a convenient method of expediting a Divorce. It is our policy that you and your spouse should seek marriage counseling or other forms of help if you faced problems or breakdown in your marriage. Divorce should only be the last resort if the marriage has broken down irretrievably.  
     
  Deed of Separation  
     
  If both husband and wife have decided to live separately and wish to evidence such separation by way of a mutual Deed of Separation (Non-Contentious), we are able to assist the parties to prepare the Deed of Separation.
