This Online Legal Service was launched on 28 March 2005 to provide convenience to our Divorce clients or potential clients. Relevant particulars and facts can be instructed to us via this Online Form at any time to your convenience.

There are basically 2 categories of Online Divorce Forms.

Full Form requires the users to complete a full details of all the particulars relating to the particulars of the parties, marriage, children, grounds of divorce, citizenship of the parties and relief claimed.

If you have already given us partial instructions on some of the matters stated in the Full Form, then you may not need to submit the Full Form to us but submit specific Simple Forms that are relevant to you.

This Online Service is not to be construed as a convenient method of expediting a Divorce. It is our policy that you and your spouse should seek marriage counseling or other forms of help if you faced problems or breakdown in your marriage. Divorce should only be the last resort if the marriage has broken down irretrievably.

	Simple Forms
	If you have given us partial instructions, you may submit specific particulars by using any of the following Simple Divorce (Singapore) Online Forms:-

These Online Forms are Applicable to You IF:-

You have engaged us and paid us a deposit for our engagement, and wish to submit your Case relating to your Divorce.

You have agreed to our Quoted Fees, and wish to engage Loh Eben Ong & Partners. You may proceed to submit your Application Online, and schedule a meeting at our Office with our Family Lawyer to finalise your instructions. Engagement of our Service is subject to our written confirmation and a deposit being paid.

You are contemplating Divorce, and require us to review your matter and/or provide a Quote.

The Intended Divorce is Non-Contentious, where both husband and wife agree to the Divorce, and there are no substantial disputes on issues relating to grounds of divorce, maintenance, custody, etc.
