Full Form requires the users to complete
a full details of all the particulars
relating to the particulars of the parties,
marriage, children, grounds of divorce,
citizenship of the parties and relief
claimed.
If you have already given us partial
instructions on some of the matters stated
in the Full Form, then you may not need to
submit the
Full Form to us but submit
specific
Simple Forms that are
relevant to you. |

of expediting a Divorce. It is our policy
that you and your spouse should seek
marriage counseling or other forms of help
if you faced problems or breakdown in your
marriage. Divorce should only be the last
resort if the marriage has broken down
